Act amending and supplementing the Act on foodstuffs and amending and supplementing the Mining Act.

[摘要] The first part of this Act amends 11 points of the Act on foodstuffs. In particular, the Act amends conditions of food sales (art. 12 of the amended Act), provisions concerning control of foodstuffs (art. 19), and sanctions (art. 28 and 29). The second part of this Act amends provisions concerning proceedings in determination, changes and cancellation of the mining reservation, specified in art. 28 of the Mining Act.
