European Communities (Food Additives other than Colours and Sweeteners) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 93 of 2011).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Food Additives other than Colours and Sweeteners) Regulations 2004 so as to further give effect to Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colours and sweeteners as amended last by Commission Directive 2010/69/EU. The Regulations, among other things, amend provisions concern legal proceedings for the prosecution of offences committed against the Regulations.
