Decree No. 68 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Hygienic requirements for processing of mincemeat and meat-based products.
[摘要] This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for processing of mincemeat and meat-based products at meat processing enterprises under the supervision and control of State Food and Veterinary Service. Fresh meat used for production of mincemeat and meat-based products shall be accompanied by veterinary certificate containing information on the date of slaughtering or month and year of freezing thereof if the meat is frozen.
