Regional Law No. 23-OZ “On regional grain fund”.

[摘要] The scope of this Regional Law shall be to meet regional demand for food and fodder grain. Regional grain fund shall be set up for ensuring stable provision of the population with bread and agriculture with fodder grain. State customer for the formation, management and registration of regional grain fund shall be determined by Regional Administration Board.
