Ministerial Decree No. 1783 validating the Instruction on the quality and safety of raw alimentary materials and foodstuffs.
[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes quality and safety requirements for raw alimentary materials and foodstuffs and regulates relations originating between manufacturers, vendors and purchasers in the processing, sale, import, storage, transportation and trade of foodstuffs. It requires foodstuffs to comply with sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary standards and technical requirements.
