Egg Products Ordinance.

[摘要] The Ordinance defines at the outset its scope of application and contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as "egg producing plants", "treatment", "products containing eggs", etc. Article 3 prescribes general hygienic requirements for eggs and foodstuffs containing raw eggs.
