[摘要] The President, with a view of formation of the unified system of production and purchase of fresh vegetables, potatoes, fruits and cucurbits crops for stable supply to processing enterprises and stable supply to internal market, and also for increase of production output and expansion of nomenclature of commodities destined for export, decrees that public purchase by government order shall be calculated for supply to processing enterprises, storage in storage facilities for winter-spring period
