Presidential Decree No. 164 on state regulation of import, processing and trade of fish products.

[摘要] Presidential Administration shall be the authorized institution entitled with the task of issuing licences for processing and preservation of fish and fish products. From 1 January 2005 import of fish and fish products to the national territory shall be carried by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in possession of import quotas. Annual amount of import quotas shall be set by the Presidential Administration.
