Ministerial Joint Decree No. Y3E/3452 amending Decree No. Y3D/1510/93 and harmonizing the Greek legislation with Commission Directive 96/4/EC on infant formulae and follow-on formulae.

[摘要] The present Decree lays down all necessary amendments to the text and Annexes of Decree No. Y3D/1510/93 on infant formulae and follow-on formulae so as to comply with Commission Directive 96/4/EC which has amended Commission Directive 91/321/EEC. As from 31 March 1999 trade in products which do not comply with the provisions of this Decree, shall be prohibited.
