Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1471/2004 amending Annex XI to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the import of cervid products from Canada and the United States.

[摘要] Annex XI to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 is supplemented as specified in the Annex attached to this Regulation. In particular, when farmed game meat, meat preparations and meat products derived from farmed or wild cervid animals are imported into the European Community from Canada or the United States of America, the health certificates shall be accompanied by a declaration worded as required by the Annex hereto.
