Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (S.S.I. No. 3 of 2006).
[摘要] These Regulations continue to provide for the control of food business operators with respect to hygienic conditions in the production and placing on the market of food. They revoke and re-enact with changes the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2005. The changes concern updates regarding Community legislation implemented by these Regulations, enforcement arrangements and extension of the scope of Schedule 5 in the light of Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2076/2005.
