Commission Implementing Decision 2011/742/EU amending Decision 2008/630/EC on emergency measures applicable to crustaceans imported from Bangladesh and intended for human consumption.

[摘要] This Decision amends Decision 2008/630/EC by replacing the text in article 4. This new provision establishes that the consignments of crustaceans imported from Bangladesh for human consumption, and from which official samples have been taken, must be kept under official detention by the competent authority of the European Union Member State concerned, until the analytical test is completed.
