Act on apiculture (No. 197 of 2009).

[摘要] The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries appoints a committee to give recommendations on strategy for support and development of beekeeping. This Act sets regulations on prevention, reduction and control of pests and diseases of bees, by eliminating and treating bee colonies and material if suspected to be attacked by certain pests, and by prohibiting the use of honey, wax, etc. from colonies reporting pests or suspicion thereof.
