[摘要] This Decision, consisting of 5 Chapters, promulgates the action programme for implementation of the agricultural goods import and export strategy for 2011-2020 (toward 2030). This Decision applies for economic restructuring, identification of potential export items, formulating mechanisms, implementing policies and finalizing strategies to develop agricultural production, in particular: rice, coffee, tea, pepper, cashew nut, rubber and aquatic products.
