Commodity Levies (Nashi Pears) Order, 2012.

[摘要] This Order imposes a levy on nashi pears grown in New Zealand and exported or sold as fresh fruit. The levy is payable to the Nashi New Zealand Incorporated by growers. The levy is calculated on the basis of the kilogram weight of leviable nashi pears. The levy is intended to fund activities specifically related to nashi pears, including product and market research and development, promotion, quality assurance and education.
