Ministerial Joint Decree No. Y3/3204 amending Decree No. Y3E/4243/97 and implementing Commission Directive 99/39/EC on processed cereal-based foods and baby foods for infants and young children.

[摘要] The Decree lays down provisions for the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of Commission Directive 99/39/EC establishing regulations on the maximum levels of pesticide residues in processed cereal based foods and baby foods. Under this light, Decree No. Y3E/4243/97 is hereby amended so as to comply with the above-mentioned Directive. Trade in products which do not comply with the provisions of this Decree, shall be prohibited, with effect from 30 June 2002.
