[摘要] This Decree sets forth the modalities of export of fresh and processed fruits and vegetables, and the modalities of registration of export contracts concluded on stock exchange. Export of fresh fruits and vegetables shall be performed exclusively by export company “Uzagroexport” in accordance with direct export contracts concluded with foreign partners, and shall be based upon direct contracts concluded by “Uzagroexport” with farmers, family farms, agricultural and processing enterprises.
