[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to prescribe matters necessary to promote the salt industry and control salt quality so as to encourage the development of the salt industry and strengthen the competitiveness thereof and to supply high quality salt and its processed products to citizens, thereby contributing to the development of the national economy and the improvement of citizens’ quality of life.
