Health (Official Control of Food) Regulations, 1996 (S.I. No. 241 of 1996).
[摘要] These Regulations specify methods of inspection and sampling of food and specify materials that come into contact with foodstuffs and for that reason are subject to inspection by health boards in their functional areas. The materials that are subject to inspection include the site, premises, offices, raw materials, semi-finished products, cleaners and materials coming into contact with food.
