[摘要] The present Decree supplements the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 123 of 3 March 1993 regarding the following: (a) personnel to which the control is entrusted; (b) requisites of the laboratories; (c) requisites and modalities for the inspections of the laboratories; (d) procedure for the exchange of information and joint inspections with personnel of the European Union.
