Jammu and Kashmir Consumer Protection (Amendment) Act, 2002.

[摘要] This Act amends the Jammu and Kashmir Consumer Protection Act 1987 by substituting section 7 clause (a) with a new clause which changes the name of the “Divisional Forum” to “District Forum”. Section 8 shall be substituted with a new section defining the composition of the District Forum. A number of sections, as specified in the text, shall be amended by substituting for the words “Divisional Forum” and “Divisional Consumer Forum” the words “District Forum” and “District Consumer Forum”.
