Carcass Classification Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 1. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to quality classes of cattle and pig carcasses and on classification concerning up to twelve months old cattle.
