Processed Food (Amendment) Act, 2012 (No. 2 of 2012).
[摘要] This Act amends the Processed Food Act in sections 11 and 12 with respect to regulation-making and penalties for offences defined by the principal Act. It also inserts a new article, which empowers the Minister to amend any monetary penalty specified in the principal Act.
