[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 8 Chapters, regulates Law. 2.412 on the small scale livestock production within the State of Rondônia (PROVERO). This Programme aims at the valorisation and development of small scale rural producers. PROVERO is based on partnership between government institutions, non-governmental organizations, small farmers and their cooperatives or associations.
