[摘要] Pursuant to Commission Directive 2003/89/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2000/13/EC as regards indication of the ingredients present in foodstuffs, this Decree amends article 11 of the Food Code. The amendments are brought forward in order to achieve a high level of health protection for consumers and to guarantee their right to information.
