[摘要] The present Ordinance provides for the implementation of the Foodstuff Speciality Act of 29 October 1993 (BGBl. I p. 1814) and the Trade Mark Law of 25 October 1994 (BGBl. I p. 3082, 1995 I p. 156). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to conditions and proceedings of authorization of private inspection bodies under the aforementioned Acts.
