Potable Water Ordinance 2001.

[摘要] The purpose of the present Ordinance is to protect human health against the adverse effects restulting from polluted drinking water destined for human consumption. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Quality of potable water (2); Treatment and disinfection (3); Obligations of the entrpreneur and other contractors of a water supply plant (4); Surveillance (5); Special provisions (6); Offences and infringements (7). Five Annexes are enclosed.
