Nutrition and Health Claims Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. No. 349 of 2007).

[摘要] These Regulations designate the competent authorities and enforcement authorities for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on nutrition and health claims made on foods and prescribe offences in relation with claims regarding nutritional qualities. They also apply certain provisions of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 for the purposes of these Regulations and amend the Food Labelling Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996.
