Joint Order No.01-02/8-6 of State Customs Committee, No. 52 of the Ministry of Economy, No. NN-01/10-1088 of the Ministry of External Economic Ties and No. 2005-31 of State Tax Committee regulating import of tea.

[摘要] This Joint Order establishes that tea raw materials shall be imported exclusively by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that own tea filling machines for the amount complying with their production capacity. It shall not be applicable to tea filled in packages with own weight not exceeding 3 kg. Bodies of state tax service shall supervise over purposeful use of imported raw tea materials and internal trade of filled tea. Importers shall be held responsible for import of tea raw materials
