[摘要] This Decree is composed of 23 articles and two Annexes. It defines and regulates the characteristics required for the import, commercialization, processing, analysis, labelling and quality control of wheat flour, either imported or produced at national level, used for bread-making and for industrial as well as cooking purposes.
