Cocoa and Coffee Industry Act (Cap. 64:20).

[摘要] This Act provides rules for internal and external trade in coffee and cocoa and provides for control on such trade. It establishes the Cocoa and Coffee Industry Board as a body corporate. The Board shall be responsible for securing the most favourable arrangements for the purchase, sale, handling, grading, exportation and marketing of cocoa and coffee for the benefit of the cocoa and coffee industry. The Board shall have extensive powers to regulate and control exportation of coffee and cocoa. I
