Nutrition and Health Claims (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 259 of 2010).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the Nutrition and Health Claims Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 in the definition of “the Regulation” so that a reference to the Regulation in principal Regulations now includes any future amendments to the Annex Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which consists of the list of authorized nutrition claims and conditions relating to their use.
