[摘要] This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 12 articles and one Annex, implements some provisions relating to common organization of the market of fruits and vegetables, and in particular: authorization of producer organizations and their associations, multinational producer organizations and their associations; conditions of financial support given to action plans, operational program and operational plan; crisis prevention and crisis management; withdrawal of products from the market.
