Ministerial Decree No. 1497 amending Ministerial Decree No. 1647 validating the Regulation on determination of the place of origin of commodities and issuance of certificate of the place of origin of commodities.

[摘要] Item 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Place of origin of commodities manufactured on the national territory and exported from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the signatory countries of bilateral free trade agreements, except for CSI member-states, shall be determined in compliance with the aforesaid bilateral agreements ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
