Food Act, 2008 (Act No. 43).
[摘要] This Act, consisting of 154 sections divided into fourteen Parts, aims to ensure food for sale is both safe and suitable for human consumption, to prevent misleading conduct in connection with the sale of food, and to provide for the application of the Food Standards Code.
