[摘要] This Law regulates frozen poultry trade within the State of Rio de Janeiro. It establishes the use of ultra-freezing process (cryogenic method) for poultry and birds slaughtered and commercialized within this State. Competent enterprises must specify on package labels also the content of water in the poultry products.
