Decree No. 226 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 314 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Mandatory Requirements for safety of foodstuffs manufactured with the use of extractive solvents.

[摘要] Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Extractive solvents shall be considered substance dissolving alimentary raw materials, foodstuffs of any component thereof (including contamination of foodstuffs) and used in the process of extraction in the process of manufacturing or treatment of raw materials or foodstuffs or components thereof, and after use it is separated from foodstuffs and it is technologically impossible to get rid of its residues in the foodstuffs”.
