Council Directive 89/108/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to quick-frozen foodstuffs for human consumption.
[摘要] This Directive lays down the requirements to be met by quick frozen food for human consumption. The requirements deal with conditions of raw materials used in the manufacture of such foodstuffs and their preparation (temperature, equipment requirements). Rules on packaging and labelling are laid down too.
