Regional Act No. 21 amending and supplementing Regional Act No. 39 of 13 May 1980 on the assessment and control system for the production and marketing of wine products.

[摘要] This Regional Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 39 of 13 Mat 1980. Article 2 is hereby entirely replaced by article 1, which deals with the control and monitoring system to be managed by the Provinces. New article 3-bis lays down the duties of operators, such as the registration in the wine-growing register to be kept and updated by the Communes. In case of non compliance with such duties, the penalties established under article 2 (4) shall be applied.
