Law on state monopoly for manufacturing, storage and trade of alcohol and liquors (No. 11)

[摘要] The purpose of the present Law is to ensure the efficient state supervision over manufacturing, storage and trade of alcohol and liquors, and the suppression of trade of adulterated alcohol and liquors. It shall be applicable to all spirits for alimentary use, vodka, cognac, brandy, sparkling, grape and berry wine with alcohol contents exceeding nine percent, and also alcohol for technical uses.
