Ministerial Order No. 26/2004 approving the Regulation for food subsidies.

[摘要] This Ministerial Order, composed of four articles and one Annex, amends the Regulation for food subsidies to family units set under Decree No. 16/93 of 25 August 1993. The aim is to grant access to food for groups or individuals that are temporarily or permanently impeded to satisfy their basic needs. The Annex, composed of 13 articles and a glossary, provides the new Regulation. Particular attention is aid to eligible people and subsidy concession procedures.
