Regulation on the quality of fresh raw milk.
[摘要] This Regulation defines the minimum requirements to be met by fresh raw milk in terms of general quality issues, processing and storage conditions, requirements for sampling, inspection and analysis of the authorized laboratories, and additional methods necessary for the correct establishment of the retail price.
