[摘要] Item 3.39 is amended to add the following phrase: “Control of melamine contents in dairy products shall be carried out in case of reasonable assumption of the presence thereof in alimentary raw materials. Safety of foodstuffs in relation to melamine contents therein shall be establishes according to the hygienic requirements contained in the Annexes 1 and 3. Melamine contents shall not be allowed in all food products”.
