Regulation of the Minister of Trade of R.I. No. 17/M-DAG/PER/3/2014 amending Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 46/M-DAG/PER/8/2013 on Import and Export Provisions of Animal and Animal Products.

[摘要] This Regulation establishes the second Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 46/M-DAG/PER/8/2013 on Import and Export Provisions of Animal and Animal Products. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceeding to obtain necessary authorisations, such as: validity period of Import Approval extended by the competent authorities on behalf of the Minister for a maximum period of 30 days, etc.
