Law No. 14.763 regulating nursery, trade and transport of stingless bees (meliponíneas) in the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

[摘要] This Law, consisting of 7 articles, regulates nursery, trade and transport of stingless bees (meliponíneas) in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The Law allows management, multiplication of colonies, acquisition, custody, trade and other activities related to stingless bees, and the use of products obtained with the meliponary, within rural and urban areas of Rio Grande do Sul, in compliance with Federal Law and municipal Law.
