Order No. 30 of the State Grain Inspection validating the Regulation on the issuance of quality certificates for inspected grain and derivates thereof.

[摘要] This Order establishes the modalities for the issuance of quality certificates for inspected grain and its derivates by the territorial branches of the State Grain Inspection on request of concerned legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. Quality certificates shall be issued after the inspection of grain quality by the state grain inspectors and compliance testing in accordance with normative and technical requirements.
