Organic Production and Labelling of Organic Products Regulations, 2016 (L.N. 35 of 2016).
[摘要] These Regulations set out the measures to be taken to control the organic production and labelling of agricultural products. These provisions are established pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 and they apply to: (a) live or unprocessed agricultural products; (b) processed agricultural products for use as food; (c) feed; (d) vegetative propagating material and seeds for cultivation. The Organic Farming Advisory Board is established.
