Regulation on the import, export, production, processing of food supplements and their placing on the market.

[摘要] The Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of import, export, production, processing and approval of food supplements, their placing on the market and traceability . It also sets forth the rules concerning the responsibilities of enterprises and their registration. The Regulation further establishes a Food Supplements Commission composed of officers of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock and officers of the Ministry of Health.
