Food Premises Act (S.N.L. 2013, c. F-21.1)
[摘要] The present Act provides for inspection and licensing of food premises. The inspection is carried out by the Environmental Health Officers. Section 3 establishes that a person shall not sell or distribute to a person any food which is unfit for human consumption. Section 5 specifies that food in a food premise and food being transported shall be prepared, manufactured, handled, cut, processed, packaged, displayed, stored, offered for sale, sold or served in a manner that prevents it from being u
