Ministerial Joint Decree No. 273/2002 amending article 26 of the Food Code in compliance with Council Directive 2002/17/EC.

[摘要] The Decree approves the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision by which Annexes II, III, V and VI to article 26 of the Food Code are amended as set out in Council Directive 2002/17/EC amending Directive 90/128/EEC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The amendments concern certain monomers to be included in the list of permitted substances for the making of plastic materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
